Seller: Plants
How it works:
- Your company can set up plants.
- Admin users at your company can associate users with plants.
- You can associate inventory to plants.
View, Add/Edit, Remove Plants
Go to Account > Company Information and scroll down to Plant ID Management.
Here you can Add Plants, edit the Plant ID or Plant Name, and remove a plant.
Save any changes
Associate Users with Plants
Go to Account > Company Users and click Edit on the user you want to associate with a plant
Scroll to the Plants list and add the plant(s) the user should be associated with
Associate Inventory/Assets to Plants
Go to Plan > Search and run a search.
On the search results, click Edit on the inventory to be associated with a plan.
On the Asset Overview page, select the plant to which the inventory belongs. It can only be associated with one plant. Plants are not required.
If you have a lot of inventory to associated, send a spreadsheet to the ooh support team.
Search Inventory by Plants
Go to Plan > Search and select the Plant Name search filter. Select the plants to search on
