Buyer: How to use Campaign Proof of Performance (POP) Tracking

To get started, click on Campaign POP Tracking under the Traffic menu in the sub navigation panel.



From the Campaign POP Tracking page, you will see various filters followed by a list of Active Campaigns. The list will default to all currently running (Active) Campaigns for all Clients, and allows you to filter by Client, Show Only Campaigns with POP Overdue, and/or Show Completed Campaigns. Once your selections are made, click "Apply Filters".







When a Client filter has been applied, diagrams will appear for both Posting Instruction Status and POP Status, revealing the % of PI that have been Drafted, Viewed, Revised, Canceled and Issued, as well as the % of POP that has Not Yet Posted, Received, and Overdue.





Clicking on the Campaign Name link will bring you to a detailed tracking page for that specific Campaign.



POP Tracking at the Campaign level displays a POP Status chart for the Campaign, plus a POP Progress flow chart spanning the duration of the Campaign Start and End Dates. The lists below the charts contain details about the associated Contracts and Posting Instructions.



From this page you can download Images, Map, or download the POP Export. If you have already created a POP Export for the Campaign, your "Campaign POP Export" will download automatically. If you have not already created one, this button will take you to the "Create Campaign POP Export" page to make your selections for file type and content. Under POP Images, Install Date, and Take Down Date, you will see ✅ when the item has been received, and ❌ when the item has not yet been received. From this section you can also Send Reminder Emails to sellers to let them know that you are missing necessary items.





Clicking the Send Reminders link will provide you with a message field (optional), allowing you to add a note to sellers to be included in the body of the email reminder. The rest of the email is automated to include details of the Posting Instruction and items needed, with direct seller links to the PI.
