Where Can I Find Agency Contact Info?

When needing to communicate with an agency in DOmedia, you can either message them from The Message Thread, labeled MSG, in your RFP Dashboard or reach out to them directly using the contact info found in the following places:

RFP You can find the contact information of the agency representative that issued the RFP on the top right corner of Step 1:

Contract You can also find the contact information of the agency representative(s) that issued a contract under "Media Agency Information" when you view a contract from your Contract Dashboard.
