Why can't I log in to DOmedia?
There are a couple of reasons why you may not be able to log in to DOmedia:
1. Unless you've received an email stating that an account has been created for you, you must register for a DOmedia account and be approved prior to logging in. Click here to register for an account.
2. If you've forgotten your DOmedia password, you can quickly and easily receive an email allowing you to reset your password. Click here for password assistance or from DOmedia's Homepage, click 'forgot?' in the upper right corner.
You will be asked to provide the email address associated with your account. Enter that email address, and then click 'Reset My Password'.
You will be sent an email with a link to choose your new password. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam/junk folder.
