Seller: How do I update the availability of my assets in DOmedia from an RFP response?

  1. Complete Step 2 of responding to an RFP. You will see the option to let other buyers buy the proposed media on the “Save and Send Proposal” pop-up. Select “Yes, allow other buyers to buy this.” 



 

Note: This option is also available to select at the bottom of RFP Step 3.

 

  1. Buyers looking for available media that matches the assets in this proposal will be able to issue a new contract for you to review and accept in your DOmedia contract dashboard.

 

Note: Submitting availability data via RFP proposal does not represent any commitment to accept a contract. You can still choose to reject contracts or request revisions. Permission to use this availability data makes it easier and faster for the system to present your media to other potential buyers.

 

  1. The media in your proposal will only be shown to other buyers if they request an automated response for available media options in a specific market, for a specific time period.
