Seller: How do I map from an Inventory Folder?

To create a map from an Inventory Folder, start by clicking on 'Inventory Search' in the drop-down menu under 'Plan' tab.

Then select the specific category you would like to search from. Select 'Search' to continue.

Once your search results have returned, you can select the items that you would like to include in your folder. Then click 'Save'.

After clicking Save, a window will pop-up where you can create a new Inventory Folder containing only the items you selected, or you can send those selected items to an already existing Inventory Folder.

From there, hover over 'Map' in the navigation bar at the top of the screen, then click ‘Maps'. From the Map Management dashboard, click 'Create New Map'.

On the Create New Map screen, create a name for your map, select Idea Folder for Map Type, choose the idea or inventory folder that you would like to map from the drop-down menu, and then click 'Create Map'. However, while creating your map, you can also:

  • Assign it to a specific client
  • Overlay existing client location lists
  • Overlay a custom KML layer

Once created, your new map can be found in your Map Management dashboard.

You can now view saved search result from your idea / inventory folders on a map at any time!
