Buyer: How do I create posting instructions (PI)?

In order to create posting instructions (PI), you must first access your Traffic Campaign Dashboard

To access your Traffic Campaign Dashboard, hover your mouse over 'Contract' in the white navigation bar across the top of any page in DOmedia and click on 'Traffic Campaign Dashboard'.  For more information on your Traffic Campaign Dashboard, please click here

From your Traffic Campaign Dashboard, you'll need to identify which campaign the contract that you'd like to create posting instructions for is associated with and click 'View'.

While viewing the desired traffic campaign, select (by checking the boxes to the left) each unit/line item that you'd like to create a posting instruction for and click 'Create Posting Instructions'.

There are several important items to note when creating posting instructions, which are described in more detail below.

PI Name - This is a required field.

PI Contacts - Select users at your agency who will be handling the PI process.

PI Recipients - Select vendor users who should receive the PI.

Inventory Summary
- Indicate the number of units to be shipped, the post start and end dates, the design name, and shipping address.  Also, upload the design image.  Do this for each line item of the posting instructions.
Note: You also have the ability to duplicate each row and remove rows from the Inventory Summary using the icons shown below.

duplicate row - this allows users to add multiple flight dates and creative executions to a single unit on the same posting instructions by duplicating that line item

remove row - this allows users to remove individual units from the posting instructions

Standard Terms - In this section, you can select previously created terms to be included with the posting instructions, as well as list other necessary terms in the Additional Terms text box.
Note: Selectable terms are created prior to creating posting instructions using Contract Posting Instruction Standard Terms Management accessed through the 'My Account' page.

Attachments - Allows users to upload a single file or multiple files as attachment(s) to the posting instructions.

Save and Review / Save - Once you've completed the posting instructions, you can click 'Save and Review', which will allow you to review the posting instructions in a read-only interface.  You can also click 'Save', which will allow you to save your work but continue editing the posting instructions.  For more information on the read-only version of posting instructions, please click here.

Once you save the posting instructions, they can be found in the Traffic PI Dashboard.  For more information on the Traffic PI Dashboard, please click here
