Buyer: What information and actions are available when viewing a traffic campaign?

When viewing a traffic campaign, users are able to see a unit-level inventory roll up by format and size of all units that were contracted in a single campaign, see each contract within that campaign at the unit level, create posting instructions (PIs) for all units or individual units in a contract, pull a 'Counts Report', 'Delivery Report', 'Completion Report', and a 'Posting Report'.  Each of these actions are described in more detail below.

To start, hover over the 'Contract' tab and then click the 'Traffic Campaign Dashboard' in the drop-down.

From there, you will be taken to the Traffic Campaign Dashboard. Click 'Draft Production Counts' next to the desired Campaign in the Action column.

Once you are on the Production Counts page, click the 'View Campaign' in the top right-hand corner of the page.

There are several different actions within the Traffic Campaign page.

By clicking 'Counts' you will be taken back to the Production Counts page. Scroll down to view the Counts for a specific campaign.

There is also the 'Request Production Specifications' button which allows you to send a message to the Vendors.

Finally, there is the 'Add Attachments' button. By clicking this button you will be taken to the Campaign - Add Attachments page where you can add new attachments to the Campaign and see what attachments are already associated with the Campaign.

Reports - There are 4 different reports that can be pulled while viewing a traffic campaign: Counts Report, Delivery Report, Completion Report, and Posting Report.

Counts Report - The Counts Report is a downloadable spreadsheet (CSV file) that contains the following details.

Delivery Report - The Delivery Report is a downloadable spreadsheet (CSV file) that contains the following details.

Completion Report - The Completion Report is a downloadable spreadsheet (CSV file) that contains the following details.

Attachments - A section also exists allowing users access to any attachments that were uploaded when the traffic campaign was created.

Inventory Roll Up - The inventory roll up section shows a unit level breakdown of all the inventory contracted within the campaign that you are viewing.

Associated Contracts - When viewing a traffic campaign, the next section you will see shows all of the contracts associated with the campaign.  General information about the contracts, as well as details about the related inventory are also included.

You will also see the 'Last PI Issued Date'.  This is an important field for buyers to know which inventory items still need to have posting instructions created for them.  This date is also valuable for reporting purposes.

Create Posting Instructions - To create posting instructions, you will first want to select which units you would like to include in the PI.  You can select some or all of the inventory.  Once you've selected the desired units, click 'Create Posting Instructions'.  For more information on creating posting instructions, please click here
