Buyer: How can I see which template was selected for a RFP?

To see which template was used when an RFP was created, Begin by navigating to your left-hand side menu. Select "RFP" then "RFPs" in the drop-down.

To view the RFP page select the three dots 'View' next to the desired RFP.

At the top of the View RFP page, you will notice that the Template Name is noted.

What if I need to select a different template for an RFP that's already been created? If you need to select a different template for the RFP, you will want to duplicate the RFP, which will copy all of the details you entered on the previous RFP but will allow you to select a new template to be associated with the RFP. Begin by viewing your RFPs. Select "RFP" then "RFPs" in the drop-down.

To duplicate your RFP, Select the three dots on the right-hand side of the desired RFP and click "Duplicate".

Note: if only an RFP # is shown, then this RFP was already duplicated.
  • The system will automatically enter all previous information but allow you to select a new template
