Buyer: Is there a way to include my agency fee in an RFP?

First, you will want to set up the Agency Fee % in Client Management. To do so, you can navigate to your Client dashboard by clicking "Settings" and then "Clients" on the left-hand side menu.

Then click "Edit" next to the desired client.

You can then set the Agency Fee % and Save.

Next, you will need to add the Agency Fee column to your templates. Begin by selecting "Settings" and then "RFP templates" on the left-hand side menu.

Next, click "Edit" next to the desired template.

Once on the Edit RFP Template page, you can choose what headers you would like to include in your RFP. In this case, you can add the Agency Fee header.

Finally, when viewing the Compile All Proposals for an RFP that includes the Agency Fee template field, you will see the Agency Fee column included and calculated as per below: Agency Fee = Net Media Cost/Cycle * # of Cycles * Agency Multiplier Also, Inventory Total = Net Media Cost/Cycle + TSF + Agency Fee
