Buyer: How to Add Search Results to an RFP
Background: By default, RFPs that go to vendors are empty. They do not include specific inventory. The vendors submit inventory within their proposals.
There is now an optional feature for buyers to include specific inventory/assets when issuing an RFP.
How to include specific inventory when issuing an RFP:
This is available on search results (Plan > Search).
You will find three different options- Faces (list), Faces (map), Market OOH Company Category.
Select Add Inventory to RFP.
Once you've added the inventory to a new RFP, you can view the added options on the Compile page for the corresponding RFP.
Please note: the vendors can see and adjust their inventory when responding to the RFP.
