Buyer: How do I add a vendor that is not in the system to a contract?

If a vendor you need to contract is not in the system, you have the ability to add them on the fly! To do so, Select "Buy" on the left-hand side menu and click on "Create Contract".

Then, when selecting Contract Type, you can choose "Campaign-based". The page will prompt you to select a Campaign (required) and Media seller (required). 

Select "Add Media Seller". The pop-up will allow you to fill in the Vendor information that you'd like to add to your contract. Click "Add Media Seller" when done. Click "Next" once completed.

Click "Next" once completed.
