Buyer: How do I request additional information for a product profile?

To request additional information on an asset, start by doing a search. Hover over the Search tab on DOmedia's homepage and click 'Search Assets' in the drop-down.





After conducting a search, you will be taken to the Search Results page. On the Search Results page, click the Product of the desired asset profile line. 





Next, click 'Request Profile Improvements'.







Check the boxes that correspond to the items that you need and click 'submit'. This request goes directly to the media seller and also notifies the DOmedia team.
