Buyer: Send Seller Contract Link

You are now able to quickly send an email with the direct link for the seller to the contract. This process ensures that sellers who do not have paid access to DOmedia dashboards can access their contracts easily, even if they have misplaced their original issuance email.





When viewing your contract, from the 'Actions' dropdown, select 'Send Seller Contract Link'.







Upon completion, a success message will be displayed at the top of your screen.







A new row will be added to the 'Contract History' section at the bottom, indicating that a link was sent to the seller.







Once you click to send, an email is automatically dispatched to all seller contacts associated with that contract. This email includes a link to view the contract.
