Buyer: How do I cancel a contract in DO and MBOX?

If you would like the contract to be blank and cancelled in DOmedia, as well as have the insertions deleted from MBOX systematically, you can take the following steps: 1) Click Cancel next to the desired contract (This will take you to the update contract page.) 



2) Add a 'D' next to each line you would like to remove from MBOX 



3) Click Cancel Contract (The line items that you added a 'D' by will not be removed from the contract until after you hit 'Upload to MBOX'.) 



4) Click Upload to MBOX

Note: You'll still have the previous versions of the contract in PDF form to refer to if you ever need to.

If you would like the contract to maintain the line items, but have them zeroed out, as well as have the insertions deleted from MBOX, you can take the following steps:

1)  click Cancel next to the desired contract (This will take you to the update contract page.)

2) replace any amounts in the Inventory Information section with zero (0)

3) click Cancel Contract (This will keep the line items on the contract, but will make sure that the contract is zeroed out.)

4) manually delete the insertions from MBOX
