Seller: Proposal Grid Columns

This article will provide a comprehensive list of available proposal column headers as well as the required data and calculation definitions.

  • Vendor Inventory # - (Free form text) ID or name of an asset provided by the vendor. 
  • Geopath ID # - ID # provided by Geopath (US Only)
  • COMMB ID # - ID # provided by COMMB (Canada Only)
  • Vendor - Read-only column autofilled with the vendor name
  • Format - Drop-down selection list of the products / media categories provided by DOmedia. The grid will want you to choose from the options provided in the column. If another name is added, the field will shade red and provide a validation error. Note - DOmedia adheres to the OAAA and Geopath standards in the United States and the COMMB standards in Canada.
  • Market - Drop-down selection list of media market names. (US Markets - DMA, MSA, CBSA) (Canadian Markets - CMA, CA, CSD) The grid will want you to choose from the options provided in the column. If another name is added, the field will shade red and provide a validation error.
  • Location Description - Free form text field in which the user may enter any location description or cross street address
  • Size (HxW) - Free form text field to enter the asset measurements
  • Face - Drop-down selection list of directions (N, S. E, W, NE, NW, SE, SW)
  • Read Direction - Drop-down list in which the user can select if an asset is a left or right read. The grid will want you to choose from the options provided in the column. If another name is added, the field will shade red and provide a validation error.
  • Latitude - Numeric field in which the user may add a valid latitude.
  • Longitude - Numeric field in which the user may add a valid longitude
  • Closest Location - Read-only field that will display the 'Location Name' from a Target Location List  . This location name will be the closest target location to the asset location.
  • Closest Location (mi) / Closest Location (km) - Read-only field that will display the straight-line measured distance between the asset and the closest target location from a Target Location List. Note - The measurement will be in miles for a United States user and in kilometers for a Canadian user.
  • # of Units - Numeric field in which the user may enter the total units represented by the proposed asset
  • Illumination - Free-form text field in which the user may enter whether the proposed asset is illuminated.
  • Illumination Hours - Free-form text field in which the user may enter the time period during which the asset is illuminated.
  • Start Date - Date-picker field in which the user may enter the date the proposed asset will start running.
  • End Date - Date-picker field in which the user may enter the date the proposed asset will end running.
  • # of Cycles - Numeric field in which the user may enter how many cycles / periods the proposed asset will run
  • Cycle Type - Drop-down selection list in which the user may select the type of cycle / period. (Month, 4-week, 1-week, day, hour)
  • 18+ Impressions / Cycle - Numeric field in which the user may enter the impressions per selected cycle type for adults 18 or older.
  • Targeted Impressions / Cycle - Numeric field in which the user may enter the impressions per selected cycle type for a particular targeted audience segment.
  • Geopath Impressions - Read-only field that will pull impressions directly from Geopath if a valid Geopath ID is entered to the Geopath ID # column. Note - The Geopath ID must be part of your company's audit. Repped inventory will not pull values.
  • Geopath TRP - Read-only field that will pull TRP values directly from Geopath if a valid Geopath ID is entered to the Geopath ID # column. Note - The Geopath ID must be part of your company's audit. Repped inventory will not pull values.
  • Geopath Reach - Read-only field that will pull Reach values directly from Geopath if a valid Geopath ID is entered to the Geopath ID # column. Note - The Geopath ID must be part of your company's audit. Repped inventory will not pull values.
  • Geopath Frequency - Read-only field that will pull Frequency values directly from Geopath if a valid Geopath ID is entered to the Geopath ID # column. Note - The Geopath ID must be part of your company's audit. Repped inventory will not pull values.
  • 4 Wk Total Impressions - Numeric field in which the user may enter the total impressions provided by the proposed asset over a 4 week cycle / period.
  • Rate Card / Cycle - Numeric field in which the user may enter the rate card price per the selected cycle type.
  • Net Media Cost / Cycle - Numeric field in which the user may enter the proposed net cost per selected cycle type. This column will inform the proposal total, investment summary, and will be pulled through to contracts.
  • Rate Card Cost / Cycle - Read-only, auto-filled field in which DOmedia's Pricing Rules will determine the rate card value of the proposed asset.
  • Rate Card Details - Read-only, auto-filled field in which DOmedia's Pricing Rules will explain the calculation of the rate card value in the Rate Card Cost / Cycle column.
  • Rate Card CPM - Read-only, auto-filled field in which DOmedia's Pricing Rules will determine the rate card CPM value of the proposed asset.
  • Rate Card CPM Details - Read-only, auto-filled field in which DOmedia's Pricing Rules will explain the calculation of the CPM rate card value in the Rate Card CPM column.
  • Net Campaign Media Cost - Read-only, auto-filled field in which the total net media cost is calculated for each line item. (Net Media Cost / Cycle * # of Cycles)
  • Production Cost - Numeric field in which the user may enter the production cost of the proposed asset.
  • Shipping Cost - Numeric field in which the user may enter the shipping cost of the proposed asset.
  • Direct Production Cost - Numeric field in which the user may enter the direct production cost of the proposed asset. Note - Many times this is the cost if the vendor produces the artwork and materials, themselves.
  • Direct Prod + Ship Cost - Read-only, auto-filled field that will display the added total of the Direct Production Cost and Shipping Cost columns for each line item. (Direct Production Cost + Shipping Cost)
  • Installation Cost - Numeric field in which the user may enter any installation costs of the proposed asset.
  • Budget Impact - Read-only, auto-filled field that will display the added total of the Net Media Cost / Cycle multiplied by the # of Cycles, Production Cost and Installation Cost. ((Net Media Cost / Cycle + # of Cycles) + Production Cost + Installation Cost)
  • 18+ CPM - Numeric field in which the user may enter the CPM value for 18+ impressions.
  • Targeted CPM - Numeric field in which the user may enter the CPM value for the impressions targeting a specific audience.
  • # of Copy Changes Included at No Cost After Initial Install - Numeric field in which the user may enter the total number of copy changes that will be included in the campaign at no additional cost to the buyer.
  • Fee for Each Additional Copy Change - Numeric field in which the user may enter the cost of changing the artwork throughout the campaign.
  • Cancellation Clause - Free-form text field in which the user may enter any terms for cancellation.
  • # of Spots - Digital-only, numeric field in which the user may enter the total number of spots sold per proposed digital asset. Note - This column may exist in proposals in which non-digital assets are proposed.
  • Spot Length - Digital-only, numeric field in which the user may enter the length of time the spot will run per proposed digital asset. Note - This column may exist in proposals in which non-digital assets are proposed.
  • Start Time - Digital-only, drop-down selection list in which the user will set the starting hour of the digital ad. (Ex: 12:00 - 12:59 a.m., 1:00 - 1:59 a.m.)
  • End Time - Digital-only, drop-down selection list in which the user will set the ending hour of the digital ad. (Ex: 9:00 - 9:59 p.m., 10:00 - 10:59 p.m.)
  • Days of Week - Digital-only, drop-down selection list in which the user will select the specific days of the week that an digital ad will run. (Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun) Note - Multiple days may be selected for a single asset.
  • Production Lead Time (Days) - Numeric field in which the user may enter the number of days the selling company will need to produce the artwork for the campaign.
  • Live Width - Numeric field in which the user will enter the production width of the proposed asset.
  • Live Height - Numeric field in which the user will enter the production height of the proposed asset.
  • Production Shipping Address - Free-form text field in which the user may enter the address for shipping any production materials.
  • Production Due Date - Date-picker field in which the user may enter the date the proposed asset will start running.
  • Artwork Restrictions? - Free-form text field in which the user may enter any artwork topics or industries that cannot be displayed on the proposed asset.
  • Creative Due Date - Date-picker field in which the user may enter the date by which the seller will need to receive the creative design of the ads that will run throughout the campaign.
  • Recommended Material - Drop-down selection list in which the user may select the appropriate material for each proposed asset. Note - The Recommended Material must be set within each asset built into DOmedia before selecting it in the proposal.
  • Accepted Material - Drop-down selection list in which the user may select the appropriate material for each proposed asset. Note - The Accepted Material must be set within each asset built into DOmedia before selecting it in the proposal.
  • Materials Due Date - Date-picker field in which the user may enter the date by which the selling company must receive materials from the producer to be able to install all artwork on time.
  • # of Theaters - Cinema-only numeric field in which the user may enter how many theaters are represented by each proposed line item.
  • Custom Color - Drop-down selection field in which the user may determine the color of the pin in the auto-generated map within each proposal. DOmedia provides 12 colors to choose from.
  • Package Name - Read-only, auto-filled field in which the package name of any selected packages will display.
